Sutton Housing Partnership is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO), which was set up in April 2006 to manage Suttons' council housing.While Sutton Council owns the homes and takes responsibility for housing policy and strategy, Sutton Housing Partnership are responsible for the day-to-day management of housing services to around 6,000 council tenants and 1,500 leaseholders.
