The Wandle Valley Regional Park Trust is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. It was established as a company in 2012 and achieved charitable status in 2013. The management of the Trust is overseen by a Board of Trustees/ Directors, with nominations from 9 different organisations who are the Members of the company. They represent local, regional and national organisations and interests.
