10.	Welcome and introductions Minutes: The Chair, Councillor Barry Lewis, welcomed those present and watching the live stream.
11.	Apologies for absence and declarations of interest Minutes: Apologies for absence were received from James Blythe, Amy Scammell and Nick Ireland. Apologies for lateness were received from Councillor Paul Cole. There were no declarations of interest.
12.	Minutes of the previous meeting To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 24 July 2024. Supporting documents: Minutes , 24/07/2024 Health and Wellbeing Board , item 12. PDF 112 KB Minutes: RESOLVED: that the minutes of the meeting held on 24 July 2024 be agreed as an accurate record.
13.	Any urgent business To consider any items which, in the view of the Chair, should be dealt with as a matter of urgency because of special circumstances (in accordance with S100B(4) of the Local Government Act 1972). Minutes: There was no urgent business.
14.	A stocktake of the local health and care plan View the background to item 14. A board discussion on emerging needs and system pressures and the implications for future partnership working. The Board and key partners discussed key priorities which should be considered for the next iteration of the local Health and Care Plan. RESOLVED: 1. To note the challenging context which requires partners to prioritise areas of focus for the next iteration of the local Health and Care Plan. 2. To agree that the Board receives future updates on the refresh of the local Health and Care Plan.
15.	Exclusion of the public and press The following motion should be moved, seconded and approved if the committee wishes to exclude the public and press to deal with reports revealing exempt information: “That the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph X Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.” Minutes: The motion to exclude the public and press was not moved.
