The Strategic Director of Public Health and Wellbeing introduced the item.
RESOLVED: To agree that the refreshed Sutton Alliance agreement will be signed-off on behalf of the Council by the Strategic Director of People after consultation and discussion with the Chair of the Health and Wellbeing Board. |

Integrated Neighbourhood Teams Update An annual update on the four local integrated neighbourhood teams Supporting documents:
Minutes: The Strategic Director of Public Health and Wellbeing introduced the item alongside the Assistant Director of Adult Social Care and the Chief Operating Officer of Sutton Health and Care.
RESOLVED: To note the progress update on Sutton’s Integrated Neighbourhood Teams and ongoing work to ensure that INTs offer residents and partners the best possible outcomes and value for money. |

Better Care Fund Plan 2023/25 To update on progress with implementing the 2023/25 Better Care Fund Plan Supporting documents:
Minutes: The Strategic Director of People Services introduced the item alongside the Health and Care Integration Programme Lead.
RESOLVED: 1. To note the submission of the 2023/24 Better Care Fund End of Year Return to NHS England on 23 May 2024. 2. To agree the 2024/25 Better Care Fund Budget and note that further updates will be submitted in line with NHS England national reporting requirements. 3. To agree the updated 2024/25 Better Care Fund Plan and note its submission to NHS England on 10 June 2024 in order to meet a national deadline that was before the Health and Wellbeing Board met
It was agreed that the next meeting of the Health and Wellbeing Board would be a structured discussion on the key elements of the Sutton Health and Care Plan refresh. |

Exclusion of the public and press The following motion should be moved, seconded and approved if the committee wishes to exclude the public and press to deal with reports revealing exempt information: “That the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph X Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.”
